1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Streavo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Streavo is a media player application only. The App provides a user interface for playing media streams from playlist URLs (M3U, Xtream Codes) that you configure. The App includes features such as an Electronic Program Guide (EPG), user profiles, parental controls, content advisories, offline playback, and favorites management.

The App does not provide, host, supply, aggregate, or distribute any media content. The App does not include any pre-loaded channels, streams, playlists, or media of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Content Legality

You are solely responsible for the content you access through the App. You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to access any streams, playlists, or media content you configure within the App.
  • The playlist URLs you enter are from authorized and legitimate streaming services for which you hold a valid subscription or license.
  • Your use of the App complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • You will not use the App to access pirated, unauthorized, or illegally distributed content.

    • 3.2 Account Credentials

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any streaming service credentials you enter into the App. The App stores these credentials locally on your device. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your device or the credentials stored on it.

    3.3 Parental Responsibility

    If you allow minors to use the App, you are responsible for configuring appropriate parental controls and monitoring their usage. The App provides PIN-protected parental controls and content category locking, but these features are tools to assist you and do not replace parental supervision.

    4. Content Advisories

    The App provides content advisory information sourced from community-contributed data and third-party metadata services. These advisories are provided on a best-effort basis for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content advisory information.

    5. Offline Playback and Time-Shift Recording

    The App may allow you to download or record media content for offline playback ("time-shift recording"). By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that downloading or recording content is permitted under the terms of service of your streaming provider.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that downloading or recording content complies with applicable copyright laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Downloaded content is stored locally on your device and is subject to the expiration period configured in the App's settings.
  • We do not encourage, endorse, or facilitate the unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted material.
  • Temporary copies made for time-shifting purposes are your responsibility, and you must delete them if required by applicable law or your provider's terms.

    • 6. Intellectual Property

    6.1 Our Intellectual Property

    The App, including its code, design, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Streavo. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

    6.2 Third-Party Intellectual Property

    All media content, channel names, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property accessed through the App belong to their respective owners. The App does not claim any ownership of or affiliation with any content providers.

    7. DMCA Takedown Procedure

    We respect intellectual property rights. Although the App does not host or distribute any content, if you believe that the App is being used in a manner that infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to:

    Your notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it.
  • Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

    • We will review all valid DMCA notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing features or functionality that facilitate the alleged infringement.

    8. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
  • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH THE APP.
  • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY OR QUALITY OF ANY STREAMS OR MEDIA CONTENT.

    • You acknowledge that the quality and availability of media streams depend entirely on your streaming service provider and your internet connection, neither of which are within our control.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • IN NO EVENT SHALL EASYIPTV, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
  • IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE APP EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ILLEGAL, INFRINGING, OFFENSIVE, OR HARMFUL CONTENT.
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY YOUR STREAMING SERVICE PROVIDER, INCLUDING SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS, OR DATA BREACHES.

    • 10. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Streavo, its developers, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the App.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
  • Content you access through the App.

    • 11. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    13. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

    14. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.

    15. Entire Agreement

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Streavo regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.
